5 Month Trial not offered as advertised

On the box it says I should be getting a 5 month trial but when I try to enrol I’m only being offered one month, the 5 month trial is what sold me this printers not to impressed with this, how can this be resolved?1D38FB46-9E06-4947-9580-5603A78BC7DE.jpeg49150D6D-7472-4C5A-BB4A-F5DF7C397A8D.jpeg
