5 month free trial not showing in account

HP Envy 6000 Series

 I have just set up my new printer from Currys. It's meant to come with 5-month free trial. I've done all the setups and chosen the plan through the smart app but it's not showing the free trial. Would someone be able to help me get this sorted?
