5 month free trial not showing in account

Hi there.

Appreciate this has been posted elsewhere but having the same issue with the 5 months trial for Instant ink.

Registered today via the HP APP, however, there's no codes in the box to apply and the account just shows I've signed up for the occasional printing plan.  No sign of 5 free months etc....unless im doing this all wrong!

 

HP can you help resolve please.
