Product: Hp officejet 5200

Hi, 

I purchased a new HP officejet from Costco online. I set it up last week and already used it. And then I saw on the outside of the box, not in the pamphlets of instructions that it comes with 5 months of HP instant ink. I searched the box and the pamphlet for the code and I didn’t find any. I went ahead and signed up for the free trial online. But it looks like I only got the one month free. Can you please help me. Thank you so much for your Time
