Hello. I'm having a similar issue to others on here in that I've recently bought the hp envy 6032 with 5 months free trial but upon setting up instant ink account, only a one month option was offered. Please can someone help me resolve this? TIA

Where is the offer about the 5 free months mentioned?

If it is mentioned on the printer box, kindly send a picture of the same in your next post for better assistance and send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
