Hi there, I've bought a new HP Envy 6032 printer with a '5 month trial' of Instant ink included, however this has not been applied when I registered the printer yesterday.
Please could you help.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thanks for your prompt reply and suggestions.
However I cannot see how to change my 'Instant Ink' plan from one month to 5 month months trial within those sites.
I bought the HP Envy 6032 with the '5 month instant Ink' trial as part of the deal. Unfortunately when I registered the printer, this hasn't been applied and I cannot see any setting(s) to correct this.
If you need more information from me, please let me know.
