5 months Instant Ink trial not Showing

Have just followed the instructions and signed up to the moderate plan via the app on iPhone. I should be getting 5 months free but when I log into my account there is no mention of it.

Did you receive a coupon with the printer or is it mentioned on the printer box that you will be getting 5 free months of ink?

 

Kindly send us a picture of the 5 free months offer you have to assist you better.

 

Also, I need more information to help you out.
