Product: HP Envy 6032
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently bought a HP Envy 6032 from Currys with 5 months free Instant Ink.

 

I have gone through the set up and it asks which Instant Ink plan I wish to choose. It does not give me any option of getting the 5 month free trial. My trial has started and was expecting it to show the 5 months free but nothing. 

 

Please could you advise of how I can get this sorted
