Hello,
I recently purchased and installed an Envy 6032 printer with the understanding that I would receive 5 months of free instant ink as stated on the box and literature supplied with the printer. I have completed the set up process and signed up for a paid instant ink plan but the 5 months of free ink is not showing up on my account. I've tried using the virtual assistant but it hasn't resolved the issue. Please can someone from HP sort this out?
