Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have bought a new ENVY 6032 printer yesterday with 5 months instant ink free trial however no code is given to activate it.
I have activated instant ink but no free period is identified on my account. Could you please fix this?

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Hi Team,

 

I have replied back to your message with the requested details.

 

Actually I am wondering how difficult it would be to associate the printer serial number with the offer promised when we register the printer online.

When we register the printer online it should have made a web service call to your server supplying the printer serial number and the registered email address. Why don't you query the offers related to the printer serial number and associate it with the registered user instead of back and forth messages with the support team?

 

I have literally wasted more than 1 hour in all these process.
