5 months free trial not applied - HP Envy 6032

HP Envy 6032 Printer

I have just purchased a printer. I have not received the 5 month free trial of instant ink. I have set up the printer and registered for the instant ink. I have selected the 50 page per month subscription. I have followed all instructions provided. Can you please advise how I redeem the 5 month free trail please?
