Hi,
I purchased a New HP ENVY 5032 printer with a 5 month free trial of instantink on 14th Jan 2020.
I cannot find any code for this, it just shows on the printer a sticker, looking online it says this can only be redeemed when you activate the printer or within 7 days of activation.. No where did it say this when I activated the printer.
This is really quite poor, I have purchased the printer in good faith and on the basis that there was a free ink trial and specifically because of that offer now the Q&A are saying its to late you should have signed up on day 1 -- on where did it say you would loose this benifit if you didn't.
I have issued a case on 25th Feb and no one has responded -- what am I to do, ??? Just accept that won't honor an offer that
Andrew
