Hi Jay I have the same issue, enrolled my printer in time of the 7 day period but no 5 month free trial as promised with the purchase.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Hi,

I have the exact same issue! Enrolled for instant ink during sign up and nothing about a free trial anywhere. I've done everything possible, looked in my account history and no mention of any free months just that I will be charged when I receive the ink and install in.
