Hi,
my HP ENVY 5640 doesn't connect to instant ink anymore and printing is blocked now 😠
I already tried these unplugging, plugging in again after 60sec, remove webservices and initialize them as recommended in this community, but it didn't solve the issue.
The printer doesn't even print the info page for the webservices with the new claim code.
Please help me with this issue.
