Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New printer, supposedly with 6-month instant ink offer but it is impossible to access it and time is nearly running out. I have tried installing the HP Smart App through Microsoft but the message is they can't find it and refreshing doesn't help. The printer is installed but no offer of the ink appeared.

I am suspecting the offer is a carrot to buy the printer - the reason I bought it - and they have no intention of delivering on the ink offer, too expensive I suppose.

I am so cross about this. It took long enough to set up the printer but I felt it was worth it because at least there's the ink offer. Very, very disappointed.
