Hi,

 

I bought my printer from Amazon as it offers 6 Months free instant ink trial.

 

On set up I have only been given 3 months can someone please help ?

I also can't see where to private message. I'm going around in circles. The HP site won't accept my serial number either.

Please help.

On top of this my black cartridge is damages and not being accepted.

I'm also having the same issue. I just bought an HP deskjet 3752. The paper inside the box claims 6 months for free. However, it only offered me 3 months when setting up the printer.
