6 Months free trial instant ink

I purchased a HP Deskjet 2700e, when I am signing up for Instant Ink, I am only getting a 2 month Free Trial instead of the 6 months free trial as stated on the card on my new printer.

Could you please help me to solve this problem? My email is [Personal Information Removed]
