I just bouthg my M140WE printer with 6 months instant ink promotion, but only received 3 months.

I understand you have an Instant Ink Account but received a 3-month trial period. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

hI, thanks for your answer, but this doesn´t help me. I did that, I enrrolled the program, but the promotion only sets 3 months, that's why I'm claiming another solution from some hp responsible.
