HP Recommended
I enrolled my new HP Envy printer on 6th January 2022 and my Instant Ink plan details confirm £3.49/month plan for 100 pages a month, with 6 trial months and billing starting on 6th July 2022(see first screenshot).
Why then is HP sending me an email on 27th Jan indicating I must pay £4.49/month from 6th March (second screenshot)? This is not the contract I signed up to.
The time and effort to try to get this resolved is ridiculous - virtual agent was useless and no reply from the WhatsApp 🙄
