Hi ,I’ve signed up for the instant ink and I’ve only been given 2 months trial. This is so frustrating as this printer was supposed to have a six month free trial. My new printer is hp Deskjet 4120e

please advise.

I understand you are unable to claim your promotional months

 

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
