6 month free trial of instant ink

Envy Pro 6432

I recently bought an HP Envy Pro 6432 which is supposed to come with 6 months free trial of instant ink. However, I went through the set up process and was not given an option to enrol it in the free trial only the paid for options. I enrolled it expecting the free trial to therefore be automatically assigned but it hasn’t been. I have tried virtual assistant and cannot resolve the issue. I only have 7 days to claim and don’t want to miss out. Can anyone help?
