Hi, we recently bought a new HP Envy 6132e printer to replace a Broken HP printer. We had the old printer Instant Ink which we paused when the old one broke down.

 

The new one was advertised with free 6 months ink. Can anyone actually explain to me how this promotion is supposed to work? I am totally bamboozled. I’ve searched but cannot find an explanation that I actually understand. 

It appears to me, that we are getting just 10 free printed pages per billing period and then being charged £1/10 printed pages. Is this correct, and should we just resume our paused plan and accept that the wonderful offer of free ink for six months only applies if you print 10 pages or less?

  • During the registration process for HP Instant Ink, the promotion of 6 months free ink should be automatically applied. This means that the first 6 months of your chosen plan will be free of charge.

HP Instant Ink Plans:

  • The Instant Ink service offers various plans based on the number of pages you think you’ll print monthly. These plans typically range from 10 to more pages per month. If your promotion covers 6 months, it means for the first 6 months, the cost of these plans will be waived.

Page Limits:
