*600 Pro won.t print fax, gives a pick roller message

HP Recommended
8600 Pro All In One
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The printer works fine from computer, it won't print received faxes, gives a pick motor stalled error message.

I did the clean rummer on the pick motor roller, I shut down and turned on the printer but it still gives the same message.

Help!!! John

Please ensure the printer Firmware is up to date. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Since the printer works fine when printing from computer, I also suggest you follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/buu02549 for Fax issues
