My Officejet 6960 is now 3 years old. It will no longer print a nice color copy. I have cleaned the printer heads and done all automated cleaning that I know how to do. I have replaced all color ink cartridges with HP ink that HP mailed to me in their autoship program. When I try to print a color page, the blue, red and yellow colors always come out a different colour.
I appreciate the printer is no longer in warranty, but wonder if there is anything else i can do to improve the print quality.

I understand you are facing print quality issues.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have followed all the suggestions in Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists.
My printer is out of warranty
