Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

6978 PRINTER just installed 3 new color real hp ink cartridges. all say about 1/3 full. why?

I  have had this printer for over 2 years and HP printers for 20 years never saw this happen before.

do i only have partially filled cartridges (from Office Max),  or is my printer reading them wrong?
