After a lengthy conversation with a hp online assistant, I am no longer forward in accessing the 6 month ink offer which I was promised when securing the purchase of a 4122e printer. I would ask you therefore to put your efforts into making this possible for me.
I was given a case number which will hopefully assist you in understanding the predicament hp have put me in.
