I have just registered my new HP Deskjet 4121e and was trying to register for the six months ink cartridges from the flyer but the P/N number is not being accepted. What do I do? Please help. Many thanks

Hi @Marakus,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an enrollment issue with your HP Deskjet 4121e Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist you better:

  • Product number: A small, one-word name that represents an exact model of a printer. K7C85A and M9C7A are examples of printer product numbers.
  • Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Please refer to this document: HP Instant Ink - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

If the issue still persists, I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
