HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

After receiving a warranty replacement printer and almost 4 hours of tech support that hasn’t resolved my issue, I want to know why I cannot replace the defective printer with my warranty replaced new one on instant ink. The paper that came with the replacement said that the printer will automatically be replaced with the instant ink.
