Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8740

Keep getting the same error. Can’t connect. I can clear the error and it prints. Anyone else have this problem. There was someone that had it but no fix was included.

@hendu213, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
