I just bought a desk jet 2723e at walmart which came with an offer for 9 month free ink. I cannot find the promo code anywhere and have read the entire instant ink "ad" that came in the box. Please help.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, it will get credited automatically.

 

Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.
