Product: HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer

Hi I bought a new HP printer as my other one stopped working. This new printer came with a 9 month free trial for instant ink however the trial doesn’t appear to have applied when I have enrolled this new printer to my account. Not sure what I need to do to activate the free trial.
