A few months ago i purchased a 910 xl black cartridge. Got home and it wouldnt print. Strange have always used them. Well recently i brought another one not thinking and still doesnt work. Cleaned the print heads and everything. Went back to Staples and got a new regular size 910 black and works perfect. Why is this starting to happen all the time? Got to be a defect in the design where the print head hits the cartridge's head. Any help? Thanks.
