I NEED INK. Yes, I am screaming. ALL I NEED IS INK. I signed into my account. The last ink shipment I received was in June 2019. There is NO indication that I am getting more and no place to ask for more. The VIRTUAL agent is making me insane (I have tried atlaset 6 different times), I called and was told I needed a case #, I tried to do that but I'm told my printer is out of warranty and it ends there. I tried a real live person one time (not sure how I got there) and it timed out and I got an error.
ALL I WANT IS INK.
HP tracks my printer usage so my printer is connected - but no ink in over a year. **bleep** HP?
