About HP Instant inks

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. After receiving the HP Instant inks ( cartridge to be replaced ) , now I'm going to replace the Tri- colour cartridge ( Printer HP Envy Photo 6230 ) as the previous original one is empty. But what happens? The new cartriodge seems not to work....and there is an error saying: Remove the cartridge and try to reinstall it again. Of course, I remove the cartridge and reinstall it again....nothing...the same error which points out. Then I try to follow the instructions about that error regarding inks or cartridges, I try to clean it for different times, but once installed it again and properly, I see the same error. But I really wonder what is occurring to the printer o the new cartridge. Please, who is able to help me and fix the issue?
