About instant ink for hp printer

I have ordered new printer with that printer i got instant ink free trail for 9 months but i am not able to do that

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Have you enrolled in the instant ink program already?

Have you enabled the web services?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile, Let's disable web services and re-enable it

• Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
• Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
• Click on web services and remove web services and re-enable it
