“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments. It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data. Any issues will be shown with steps to fix. Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.
There is no way to suspend your account but you can downgrade to the lowest plan during a period when you may not be available and then upgrade when you are back.
If you do need to cancel you can do so on your Instant Ink account page.
Sign In to your account at InstantInk.com, and on the left nav click "My Account" then click My Plans and you will see a "cancel enrollment" button at the bottom of the plans.

However, if you have issues downgrading the plan, we can change the page to a 15-page free plan. Where you will not be billed until you change the plan on your account.
