About instant ink trial

Officejet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I signed up a paid instant ink plan when I register, however I want to downgrade to the freeplan after my trial. Is there any possible way to do it? Could I cancel my subscription before trial finish and re enrol with a free plan?

About instant ink trial

Hey there! @Masonchaohrb

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.

There is no way to suspend your account but you can downgrade to the lowest plan during a period when you may not be available and then upgrade when you are back.

If you do need to cancel you can do so on your Instant Ink account page.

Sign In to your account at InstantInk.com, and on the left nav click "My Account" then click My Plans and you will see a "cancel enrollment" button at the bottom of the plans.

Refer this article to know more information about changing plan on instant ink. Click Here

However, if you have issues downgrading the plan, we can change the page to a 15-page free plan. Where you will not be billed until you change the plan on your account.

Please share us few details through a private message, so I can check the account details and change the plan for you.
