Access to instantink

Printer Photo Envy 6220
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am in Italy, and I can't enroll in the instantink monthly service. Everytime I try, at some point I get redirected to the american site, and can only enter an address the US. I would like my ink sent to Italy. I have been trying for months; I have opened several technical support tickets with HP and have never gotten a response.

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I was able to get further.  However, I still failed because the page "configurazione della stampante" (configuration of the printer) kept telling me "this printer is offline, check that it is turned on and connected to the internet". It was on and connected, I tested this by actually printing a document to the printer from the same computer.

I selected 'configure another computer' and followed the instructions. I got to the part where it says "choose 'print info' to print a page containing a code'. It printed a page but since I was out of ink I couldn't see the code.

I followed further instructions, and got the code of the computer on the display (the code is JBN5 1STH 85A5 X126)

I put this in the appropriate area and pressed 'apply'. I was returned to the same page as before (configuration of the printer, step 4) In which it showed my the computer and the correct email address) but continued to say the printer was offline and I was unable to proceed further.

Thank you for your help.
