HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer

Hello, good evening.

This text was translated with Deepl.

Dear community I'm sitting here already for hours desperately trying to connect my HP printer to another WLAN. Nowhere in the app is there an item for this and even when I select "Find new printer" simply NOTHING is displayed.

I've had enough of HP in the meantime. No contact forms, only phone, where you are not understood, no mail address. Extremely bad service.

The fact is, I want to have IMMEDIATELY deleted my HP account, as well as my HP Instant account!

Who is responsible for this? There is no contact person in the privacy statements.

Thanks for the help!

Hello Dragon-Fur,

thank you for your feedback.

I have already looked for solutions because of the current problem that I can not pair the printer again with another WIFI, unfortunately in vain. HP could gladly make it simple like any normal person and add a reset button to the printers.

The way I looked, there is no way to reset the printer on my series, except to delete it via the app.

Brings of course super much, with a new WLAN and no connection can be established....

I saw on: https://www.hpsmart.com/de/de/ucde/my-printers that I can remove the printer there.

My thought: I can not set up the printer because it belongs to the account.

When I go to delete it there, it says: "Your DeskJet 4100 All-in-One Printer series is enrolled in HP Instant Ink and cannot be removed until your subscription is cancelled.
Are you sure you want to continue?"

Do I now have to wait until I CAN print again?

I would really appreciate it if you could pass this along that this is not at all customer friendly and time consuming....

You are welcome.

I would guess all of the issues can be settled --

That said, I am not the best one to delve into this with you --

I lack actual experience with this type of printer (no text-input-capable printer control panel).

I will include some of the places to check / recheck / adjust / consider that might be relevant...
