I am trying to download my statement for this month and it won't dòwnload. I saw a post saying to go to the extensions and make sure adobe is not selected. Where is extensions located? I looked under every tab and I don't see anything saying extensions. I'm on my Android Samsung Galaxy A51 phone on the HP Smart App.. Can anybody help me please. Thank you.

It seems like you are having trouble downloading your statement from the HP Smart App on your Android phone. The instructions you mentioned about checking extensions and Adobe might be more applicable to a web browser on a computer rather than a mobile app.

 

For the HP Smart App on your Android phone, you might want to try the following steps.

 

  1. Open the HP Smart App on your Samsung Galaxy A51.

  2. Navigate to the section where you view your account or billing information.

  3. Look for an option to download or view statements. This might be within the billing or account settings.

  4. If you're having trouble downloading, ensure that your internet connection is stable.

 

If you are unable to find the information you need within the app, you may also consider accessing your HP Instant Ink account through a web browser on a computer. The steps for downloading statements might be clearer on a desktop interface.

 

Remember to keep your app and phone software up to date, as updates may resolve any bugs or issues you are experiencing.

I tried both of those things that you mentioned and it's still not letting me. I'm thinking something must be wrong with the App.. I checked if there were any updates needed to the app and there wasn't any.  My phone has been updated as well. My phone is constantly reminding me to updat even though I already have a dozen times.
