I haven't used my account and printer in a while because of personal issues. A couple of days agao I updated all of my account info to start using my printer again, and today I noticed a $66 charge from my bank account. My monthly plan is $13 and I haven't exceeded my printing limit. Why has my bank account been charged so much?
Please reimburse me or I will have to cancel my my Insta Ink Plan.

Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
