Help! I am having the same issue, I updated my payment information but my account is still suspended and I am trying to print something that I need tonight for final exams. I've been on hold 45 minutes but need this fixed urgently!
If I cancel my instant ink subscription will that override it so my printer is no longer being held hostage?
