Why am I being billed when I cancelled what I was being billed for and was told that the fee after that would be waived? And another thing if I cancel my plan and decide to buy my own ink and paper, will I still be charged for printing? I print a lot because of what I do but if I would have known this, I would have just left this printer at the store and just took a lost because I’m basically taking a big lost right now.
