Added a printer when I should have replaced printer in my instant ink account

HP Recommended

I had my 8000 series printer head break down.

i bought a 9015 series to replace it and added it to my account and then tried to remove the 8000 series that was sent for recycling.

how can I remove the old printer when I have already added the new one that replaces it?

Hi,

Follow below steps to cancel the HP Instant Ink service for a printer, be sure to select the old printer and not the new one by mistake:
