I changed the payment method to Paypal instead of Credit card now the information on my card is not shown although i did not delete them.

how can I make sure its deleted from the service ?

I see that you have issues related to the billing info on the Instant Ink account. Kindly refer to - HP Instant Ink - Manage your account

 

If you need further assistance, as payment method is involved, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support
