Hi,

I have another printer I want to add to my instant ink business account. Do I need initially to set up the printer from the same address my original one is registered? The printer will be at a different address, so would want instant ink cartridges delivered there. When setting up at first should I take printer to original address to set it up. Does the printer need to be online at these premises?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for help with enrolling your 2nd printer in Instant Ink service.

If you are planning to use your printer on a different address, you will have to connect the printer to the network in which it will be used and as the address is not the same as the other printer registered in instant ink.

You will have to create a new account with a new email id with the shipping address where you want the ink cartridges to be shipped for that business account.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to enroll your printer and let me know if that resolves the issue.
