Product: HP Envy 5055 All-in -one Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently added my new HP Envy 5055 Al-in-one Printer to my existing HP account to enroll for the instantink connected program. I am anxious as I have not received any notification for cartridge shipment since 2 weeks. I have received an Eprint email address  though.  What to do from there now?

Which plan did you sign up for?  If you signed up for the 15 page/month plan the first Instant Ink cartridges will not be shipped until your current cartridges are below a two month supply.  

 

You can log into the HP Instant Ink site and verify that your printer is enrolled and also see any upcoming shipments in the dashboard.

 

Note that the initial setup cartridges in the printer will automatically convert to Instant Ink cartridges when the printer is enrolled in the Instant Ink program.
