I canceled my instant Inc. program with HP and a week later they took money out of my account claiming overage fees I have been challenging this for over a week now I have notified my credit card that those charges were fraud although they were willing to give me back my monthly fee I am challenging them that I did not go over the amount of paper and so now I’m waiting for the paper accounting department to call me has anyone else had this happen to them and if so how did you resolve it

Services and subscriptions, including the Instant Ink service, are fully governed by legal contract.
Example
Instant Ink - Terms of Service - USA
You can certainly challenge the contract with the appropriate support department.
The Community cannot be used to conduct the type of survey and discussion you describe.
While you can voice your opinion, comments made in the Community must adhere to the
HP Support Community: Rules of Participation
Somewhere along the line, particularly when choosing to banter about legal issues and terms, someone will eventually step over the line.
