I canceled my instant Inc. program with HP and a week later they took money out of my account claiming overage fees I have been challenging this for over a week now I have notified my credit card that those charges were fraud although they were willing to give me back my monthly fee I am challenging them that I did not go over the amount of paper and so now I’m waiting for the paper accounting department to call me has anyone else had this happen to them and if so how did you resolve it
