After changing country of residence I cannot print with a newly-purchased cartridge

I’ve moved permanently from the UK to the Czech Republic and therefore cancelled my Instant Ink account. I have bought a new cartridge but cannot print because the new cartridge is not “enrolled”.  A Catch 22 situation. Instant Ink does not exist in the Czech Republic.

Hi,

Have you canceled HP Instant Ink as described below? I would also suggest removing Web Services for your printer.

Have you replaced both ink cartridges with new cartridges from any nearby store?

 

What is your printer model?

What cartridge number have you obtained? the cartridge number may not be the same in the UK and the Czech Republic.
