HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

After npt using my printer for several months, the print quality is terrible. the cartridges are full, I have shaken them twice, but prints are still not readible. I'm in Instant Ink but because my cartridges are full, no need is detected. I've run the cleaning program but no differnce.\\

Would you please share the solution with the whole forum and not in private messages. This is a constant issue that I am facing as well without any solution in sight besides purchasing another printer and this is not making me want to get another HP product. A printer should not just randomly become unusable, even if it is not being used why should it just "die". I do not have an instant ink subscription because why would I spend the extra money when I am unsure if the product is even going to work after X months. Looking forward to hearing the solution thanks.
