After several interactions with HP support, I am still unable to print in color.
Product: HP Envy 4510 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Despite brand new cartridges installed, recent software and drivers installation, my printer does not print in color. Additionally, I am having to power cycle my printer in order to print at all. Both black and color cartridges show OK on my instant ink account page, the printer shows connected (with no error messages).
