HP Envy 4510 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Despite brand new cartridges installed, recent software and drivers installation, my printer does not print in color. Additionally, I am having to power cycle my printer in order to print at all. Both black and color cartridges show OK on my instant ink account page, the printer shows connected (with no error messages).

Will buying a new printer resolve this?

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like an issue with the printhead. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
